To open an account with iccwin, you must provide accurate and truthful information. Registering with false or misleading details is a direct violation of these Terms and Conditions, and any such account may be suspended at any time — including forfeiture of any funds held in that account.

Each person may hold only one account. Opening multiple accounts will be treated as fraudulent activity, and all associated accounts and bonuses will be immediately terminated.

• The name, date of birth, and phone number provided at registration must be accurate and genuine.
• To change the name on your account, please contact the support team and submit a valid proof of identity.
• It is your responsibility to notify iccwin immediately if your email address or phone number changes.
• Accounts with no activity for 12 consecutive months may be marked as inactive, and a monthly maintenance fee may apply.
• Transferring, selling, or handing over your account to another person is strictly prohibited.

The supported payment methods at iccwin are bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Bank Transfer. The minimum deposit is ৳500. Deposits are usually credited instantly. If a deposit is not reflected for any reason, contact the support team with your transaction reference.

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 18x the total bonus amount before any withdrawal can be made. For example, if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must wager a total of ৳18,000 before withdrawing. Only Sports Betting bets placed at odds of 1.60 or higher count towards the wagering requirement.

• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — only after the wagering requirements have been fully met.
• Cashback bonuses generally have no wagering requirements, but must be used within a specified period.

Once a bet is confirmed on iccwin, it cannot be changed or cancelled — unless the Cash Out feature is available and you choose to use it. Please review all details carefully before placing your bet.

Odds are subject to change at any time. All bets are settled at the odds displayed at the time of confirmation. Any movement in odds after a bet is placed will not affect your bet.

• Iccwin's decision on the outcome of any betting market is final.
• If a bet is accepted at incorrect odds due to a technical error, iccwin reserves the right to void that bet.
• Intentionally exploiting system weaknesses to gain a betting advantage (arbitrage or sure-betting) is strictly prohibited.
• If suspicious activity related to match fixing or the use of insider information is detected, the bets and winnings in question will be voided and the relevant authorities will be notified.
• If one selection in an accumulator bet is voided, it is removed and the bet continues with the remaining selections.

All sports, including cricket, have sport-specific rules that apply alongside the general betting rules. In cricket, if a match is interrupted by rain or officially abandoned, the outcome will be determined in accordance with iccwin's own settlement policy.

In football, the official result is final — this includes the outcome of a penalty shootout unless stated otherwise in the market description. In live betting, some markets may accept bets after an event has occurred due to delays — such bets are generally voided.

• If a venue changes after the scheduled match start time, iccwin reserves the right to void the bet.
• In a 'Top Player' market between two or more players, if one player does not take part, the bet will be voided.
• In tennis, if a player retires after the match has started, the "Match Winner" market will be settled based on the score at the time of retirement.
• If an e-sports bet is cancelled due to an internet disruption during a live event, the stake will be refunded.
